Rude/Tifa drabbles aka TiDe drabbles

I wrote these for the FFVII drabble community over at InsaneJournal. For some reason, I thought I had posted them here! I guess not. The only one in any sort of order would be Claimed/Passing You By (which has Cloud's thoughts on things) and then obviously Dinner/Desert.

Title: Claimed
Characters/Pairings: Rude/Tifa
Rating: PG
Word Count: 100.
Author's Notes: my newest love. *woobles*

Never before had she seen such hunger in his eyes. Granted, it was the first time actually seeing his eyes and she wondered if maybe she should hand the shades back.

The look almost scared her but made parts of her body tingle with lust. Never had she seen that look in Cloud's eyes; nor could she remember when she seen such a look directed at her.

He stepped closer, towered over her and let his hunger roll over her. A gasp and hands gripped his jacket.

Amber eyes, so predatory closed as he claimed her lips in a kiss.

Title: Passing You By
Characters/Pairings: Cloud, mentions of Tifa
Rating: PG for emo?
Word Count: 100.
Author's Notes: its sort of a follow up to Claimed....

He noticed, how could he not? He wasn't blind or stupid; maybe a fool.

A fool that didn't move fast enough, didn't realize what he had until it was too late. He couldn't lay claim to her as much as his heart wanted to.

Instead of being there for her, he was out on his bike lost in his thoughts. Wasn't he past all that, all this? Shouldn't he grow up and stop hiding from whatever the hell he was running from this time?

Gazing at the landscape speeding past him, he found he had no hunger to find out.

Title: Dinner
Characters/Pairings: Rude/Tifa
Rating: G
Word Count: 100.
Author's Notes: Dinner is relative.

Mixed scents teased her; bread, spices and something with a heady, rich, tang to it rolled her taste buds.

She was already salivating when she placed the last stool upside down and locked the door. By the time she reached the stairs, her stomach rumbled in protest of not having food.

The sight in front of her stopped her words; a large bald Turk was moving gracefully from spot to spot in her kitchen. He wore his black work pants, white dress shirt and her apron. He was barefoot.

Tifa wasn't sure what she hungered for more: Rude, or dinner.

Title: Desert
Characters/Pairings: Rude/Tifa
Rating: PG
Word Count: 100.
Author's Notes: I need a Rude in my life.

"You didn't have too." A sip of wine and a smile.
"I'm not done." Rude's eyes danced as he smiled.
"Nnh, what more did you make?"
"Something small." He was off the couch, into the kitchen and fridge, then back by the time Tifa had let a serene smile play on her lips.

Kneeling in front of her, he kissed her softly and moved back.
"Hey you." She replied after sharing the kiss.

He held out a small truffle, covered in cocoa and drizzled in white chocolate; in his mouth to be melted before he shared another kiss with Tifa

Title: Familiar Settings
Characters/Pairings: Rude/Tifa
Rating: G
Word Count: 100.
Author's Notes: le sigh...

The bar was closed for the night but he sat for a few more mintues. So badly he wanted to pull the brunette close and kiss her; it wasn't the most romantic settings, but it was familiar to them both.

Of course pulling a move so brazen would more than likely result in him getting a couple swift punches to the head and because it was Tifa, he wouldn't strike back.

The want and desire was there, he wasn't going to deny. But getting to that point was going to be something else entirely.

With a sigh, he said goodnight.

Title: Lookin' and hopin'
Characters/Pairings: Rude/Tifa
Rating: PG
Word Count: 100.
Author's Notes: ^_~

She kept looking at him, he could feel it. It was going to make him worrisome and he couldn't have that. He was Rude, the Turk with the emotionless exterior, next to Tseng.

Again, he caught her eyes on him and he could feel the burn of a blush creep on his cheeks. Finally when he couldn't take it anymore, he asked, "Is there something on my face?"

It was more polite than just asking why she was staring. It was her turn to blush.

"I'm sorry." Tifa said quickly, leaving out the part about kissing his full looking lips.

Title: Haunted Dreams
Characters/Pairings: Rude/Tifa
Rating: PG
Word Count: 100.
Author's Notes: ... ^^;

Her dreams were filled with images of him beaten and bloody; it was something she wouldn't be able to shake for a while. She still didn't know why he called her instead of one of the other Turks for retrival?

Tifa wasn't going to turn away from the call for help. She went and got him; brought him to the bar and into her home. She bandaged and used Cure spells on him until she could do no more and passed out beside him on the bed.

Next morning, he thanked her but neither spoke of the previous night's events.
